Dear Bruce and Ann-Louise, I would like to commend you for the outstanding work completed on our new build at Windmills, Yallingup - together we have created a very special place for us to call our home. From the very beginning, your approach has been timely, professional, and highly accommodating. The extreme attention to detail that you have brought to every stage of the project has been remarkable, ensuring the quality of workmanship is second to none. Equally impressive has been your exceptional customer relations. At every step, you have taken the time to communicate clearly, listen to our needs (I know I can be painful at times...), and ensure that our expectations were not only met but consistently exceeded. What sets you apart from many in the industry is that this was not the “typical builder experience.” At no stage did we encounter the opportunistic behaviours around variations and or extras that are so common elsewhere. Instead, you consistently demonstrated fairness, integrity, and a genuine commitment to delivering the agreed outcome without compromise. In short, I am not sure you could find a better builder. It has been a pleasure working with you both, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dunsborough Construction to anyone seeking excellence in both construction and service. When we saw our beautiful new home for the first time we were ecstatic. Bruce and the rest of Dunsborough Construction crew had done a great job. Bruce and Ann-Louise were a pleasure to deal with and very understanding of our needs. Using a local builder with extensive local knowledge and experience turned out to be the right choice, and helped make our first building experience stress free.
